I have a problem with the WCCM store that is not addressed in this page, what can I do?

I lost the download links for the video I purchased, where can I retrive them?

You can log in on the wccm.org website using the same account with which you did your purchase, then click on the top of the page link "My membership details" and then on the "File" tab, where you'll find a list of all the video files you bought. You have a total of 10 downloads slots for each of your purchase.

Is it mandatory to have an account on the wccm.org website to buy items on the WCCM Store?

Absolutely not

If you already a wccm.org member and you are logged in the website shall recognize you

If you are already a wccm.org member but you have still not done the login your email shall be recognized by the system when you will input it during the purchasing steps logging you in automatically

If you are not a wccm.org member the system shall create automatically a new membership for you using the data you will input during the purchase steps. After having completed the purchase you shall see your new membership credentials on the concluding page. Besides it a mail shall be sent to you with the data you'll need to use your new account

Is it mandatory to have a PayPal account to buy items on the WCCM Store?

Absolutely not. After having clicked on the "Submit Order" button, you'll be redirected to the PayPal payment page where you can either:

  • login with your Paypal credentials (in case you have already a PayPal account)
  • create a new PayPal account
  • Clicking on the "continue" link on the bottom left part of the PayPal page where it's written "You don't have a PayPal account" ? Here you'll be redirected to a Credit Cart ordinary payment form
