Let’s Build Spiritual Capital by Dr Cathy Day and Ernie Christie

Dr Cathy Day here gives the background situation in Australia and how schools are struggling with the diminishing time available to be spent on religion. On the positive side it is clear that many older students are being given the opportunity to run meditation groups within their schools and these students are offered the opportunity to go on retreat in order to deepen their practice of Christian meditation.

The speakers invite the audience to voice their creative plans to build up spiritual capital in their own areas of the UK. Several suggestions are explored and the instigators are encouraged to implement their suggestions.
