The point of any journey is not to rush over as much ground as possible. It is to be present to every step and taste the wisdom of an ever-changing landscape.

Lent resonates with similar seasons of spiritual renewal in  Ramadan and the Buddhist Rains Retreat

Today you can join Laurence and all at Bonnevaux and benefit from ideas and practices from the tradition and new ideas.

Consider making a companion of Laurence’s book for Lent that you can also use as a meditation primer:

* Sensing God – Learning to meditate during Lent.

* Join the WCCM Mailing List to receive also his weekly ‘Lenten Letter’
