13 meditation sessions. Each is introduced with a teaching by Laurence Freeman on one of the Fruits of the Spirit that we experience in the course of our regular practice. Each session contains a 20-minute meditation period concluded with a short scripture reading. The final session is an overview of the stages of the journey of meditation.
