Given that most of our communication and exploration is - for the moment – online, what better time to take part in an online retreat?
The Monte Oliveto Retreat
For this retreat we have combined the talks and meditation sessions in a format that is easily adapted to a retreat that you make at home.
We recommend you start with a period of meditation. Each talk is about 25 minutes long. It is followed by a time to reflect on suggested questions arising from the talk. This format gives you the full content of the retreat in a way that allows you to adapt to your personal circumstances.
