How do we develop the right state of mind and heart to deal with the emergency on our planet and how does meditation help us? 

The best way to prepare for meditation is through small acts of kindness.

As part of a series of initiatives on climate change in the run-up to the COP26 Climate Conference in Glasgow (31 October – 12 November 2021), we would like to invite you to meditate together for the care of our common home.

We will have 4 meetings on different days and times so that people from different time zones can participate at a time that is most convenient. Check the dates and times of the meetings and participate in the one that best fits your availability. Please complete the form below to confirm the meeting you can attend.
