We all know what the ego is. If we don’t know what it is, then we will know very quickly, as soon as we sit down to meditate. That’s the first reality we meet when we sit down to meditate, and I’d like to take up the idea of a breakthrough. We break through the wall of the ego as we break through every level of consciousness on this journey into the mind of Christ.
