So meditation, we could see as a kind of a reset. We reset, we make sure that the whole system is not getting into bad habits. If we build meditation into our life, it is enriching and energising And we know what a gift it is, but it takes some time and some faith to build it into our life. That’s why we should begin to do that from a very early age. And that’s why a real priority in our community is to teach meditation to children, the best contribution we can make perhaps to a better world, and we asked all our national communities to think carefully about ways in which they can share this gift of meditation directly with young people and children. When meditation does become part of our life, it becomes a regular reset because we so easily get caught up in illusion and so easily forget to be able to recognise the ego when it is getting out of order
