Meditation will change your life

(…) this journey of meditation is going to lead us to understand what our lifestyle should be like, what kind of balance, what kind of priorities, what kind of rhythm we want to live by. This may not happen immediately, we may struggle, but it’s inevitably going to happen. Meditation will change your life. If you put it into your daily life, it will change it. John Main, recommends that two periods of meditation a day, morning and evening, are the minimum. And for many people, that’s too much, or too soon. And of course, Fr John also made it clear that, although these two periods of meditation are basic and essential, it may take time to develop that rhythm of daily practice. But don’t give up. Keep trying.
