If we persevere we come to another level of consciousness, that we can call the hard disk of our lives. Just as in a computer everything that’s ever been recorded on the computer can be retrieved, we can get everything that’s recorded there. That means everything in our life at some level, in some way, everything from our very first moment of consciousness is somehow recorded. At this level, of course we discover that there are some memories, some experiences which are not finished – maybe repressed, maybe traumas, maybe experiences of loss, maybe pockets with deep wells of anger, of sadness, of fear that we have somehow built up, accumulated and have never fully dealt with, have not been healed
