Real simplicity

(….) true conversion moves us from false simplicity to a real simplicity. And real simplicity is this experience of undivided consciousness that is the experience of non-duality, seeing ourselves in others, and others in ourselves. And when we are centred in that perception, we cannot act with the cruelty or the inhumanity or the wall-building exclusivity of Saul, or of many other parts of the world today and throughout history. We can’t do that because it would just be impossible for us to do one thing and see another. So we need this contemplative consciousness in order to create a more just a more humane, more peaceful society.
