Reality is always making a breakthrough. Even when we block it, even when we seem to lose the taste for it, reality is always building up and will eventually break through. This capacity to wait is our collaboration with the power of God to manifest in new, in fact in endlessly, infinitely new ways. And that’s why impatience – although we’re all subject to impatience because behind the wall of the ego the taste of reality is very weak and we live in a virtual reality and therefore we become impatient. We imagine we’re going to get what we want immediately, or we’re going to fantasise about what fulfilment and happiness might be.
