I think, is essential if we are to complete the journey or to really be on the journey 100 per cent. Jesus said you will get more than you can imagine, you’ll get everything you let go of, a hundredfold now in this life. And then he has this little small print –not without persecution, so not without suffering. So don’t expect this to be some kind of garden of earthly delights. But Jesus is saying there ward, or the consequence of a complete commitment to absolute poverty, letting go, is going to be more than you can count more than youcan imagine in this life also, and then in the age to come, eternal life, fullness of life.
