“Meditation is as natural to the spirit as breathing is to the body.” John Main
Whether you are completely new to meditation or looking to deepen an existing practice, this course provides practical guidance, deep spiritual insights, and a supportive community.
The themes for each of the four weeks takes participants on a gradual journey of understanding the practice of meditation within the Christian tradition. Participants are invited into a contemplative experience of knowing God and are invited to explore how this can give meaning and purpose to their life.
This four-week course is offered in a time zone that we hope benefits those people in East Asia regions but all are welcome to join us.
Please note that we are running the course again starting in November 2027, at 7.30 – 9.00 pm PARIS time.
