We know that for many of you, the Learning to Meditate course was your first experience of meditation and we would like to offer some additional support as you set out on this journey. You are invited to attend a special beginners session with Fr Laurence on Monday 26 August at 7.30 pm FRENCH TIME where Fr Laurence will share some wisdom and practical advice for beginners and answer questions.
