Since the invasion of Ukraine, WCCM has been giving support to our brothers and sisters suffering the consequences of that. This online event will be a new opportunity to gather in solidarity with everyone facing these dark times in Ukraine, Gaza and other parts of the world.
Because of the mystery of oneness revealed in suffering, please join us online on Sunday 26 November. Bonnevaux – as a centre for peace – will convene a community of love in solidarity with those desperately struggling in Ukraine and Gaza and also in extreme loneliness on the streets of our cities, in hospitals and prisons.
This online event will be open to everyone and a space and time to listen to reflections by meditators in different ways connected with the war in Ukraine â Maria and Albert Zakharovy (Ukraine National Coordinators), Fr Anastasy (a survivor from the city of Kherson), John Paul Rathbone (Defence Correspondent for The Financial Times) and the main speaker, Herman Van Rompuy, President Emeritus of the European Council.
