I’ve spent a lot of time interweaving both theory and practice in the design of this retreat, but I’ve put the emphasis on practice because in the end, I believe that the greatest teacher we all have is our own experience.Â
So expect to do yoga and breath work together. Expect to meditate in silence, expect great food. We’ll spend time in nature and we’ll creatively express to keep track of the changes that are taking place within ourselves.Â
It’s a 3 day retreat and it’s just a great opportunity to learn a bit more, to connect with yourself and with the others.Â
And I’m convinced that at the end of the retreat, you’ll feel more rooted, you’ll feel renewed, recharged, and ready to face whatever comes next.
What others say about the retreat?
I remember as we followed Kevin's instructions on how to breathe with doing that, my body had come to a complete rest. All my senses was like shut down peacefully for a period of time until I heard Kevin's soft voice from far away and inviting us to come back. When I regained my feeling, I thought I had experienced an amazing journey of tuning myself to become like, invisible in this world. It was just wonderful.

I attended a retreat at Bonnevaux last year and had the unexpected opportunity to experience yoga with Kevin. His class was incredible. I never felt so connected with my body before. Kevin's guidance throughout the session helped me experience the unity of nature and community. I'm so grateful for it. Thank you, Kevin.
