In this video, Fr Laurence is joined by Tayna Malaspina, WCCM Director for Meditation for Young People. Together with James Alison – theologian & Catholic priest, they will be leading the next retreat for meditators aged 18 – 45, during which you’ll explore how weakness, vulnerability and authenticity can be seen as the very doorway to transformation. Meditation teaches us that we do not need to wear masks. In the silence, we discover we are already held.
