Mathias has degrees in business administration, finance and philosophy. He is the managing partner of Nowinta Finance Group, a family owned financial services firm providing asset management, financial advising and real estate services. Mathias previously held positions with Merrill Lynch and Roland Berger and was the coordinator of a cultural programme for language students at the Goethe Institute in Dusseldorf.
