Expansion of consciousness in love

The breakthrough that happens is a continuous unfolding and expansion of consciousness in love. In our spiritual life, and that means in our life as a whole because life is a spiritual journey, we don’t have a spiritual journey that we have to fit in to our busy life, life itself is a spiritual journey but we need to cultivate those conditions which allow the good soil to bear fruit, just as we need to do that in a vegetable garden or in a farm. Like planting vegetables or flowers, meditation is a natural process. Meditations is as natural to our spirit, that means to our essential nature, to our true self, as breathing is to the body.
