Later. this fall, I'm going to be giving a series of talks on how to read scripture and being in the Holy Land is going to be an inspiration for me, I think because every time I've been there, it has helped me to read scripture with a new sense of the reality of it, the 'down-to earthness' of the Gospel texts, the incarnation aspects of community in the early church."
