WCCM Meditatio Meditation in Schools Council is launching a new set of guidelines to support the teaching of meditation to children in schools and parishes.
A Gift for Life: Meditation in Schools has been developed with input from Helen Bramanathan (Australia), Andy Burns (Canada), Carina Conte (Uruguay), Pat Howai (Caribbean), Noel Keating (Ireland), Pat Por (Malaysia), Guadalupe Ramirez (Mexico), Nick Scrimenti (USA) and Paul Tratnyek (Canada).
We invite all National Coordinators and Meditation in Schools Country Cooordinators to attend this online forum. It will also be very helpful to those who are already teaching meditation to children. Noel Keating will present the guidelines and there will be input from Fr. Laurence and lots of time for questions and responses with a panel consisting of the Meditation in Schools Council leadership team.
We will be simultaneously translating the event into Spanish and Portuguese.
