The pre-World Youth Day retreat led by Laurence Freeman in Leiria, Portugal, was completed on Sunday 30 July. A group of young meditators from different countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Mexico, Italy, Portugal, Spain, and the UK took part in this retreat with talks by Fr. Laurence and the leadership of Tayna Malaspina, WCCM Director of Meditation for Young Adults. The group will be in Lisbon from the 1st to the 6th, taking part in activities of the WYD.
